Penny is a wine enthusiast who loves to travel the world uncovering hidden wine gems. After 15 years as an accounting executive, Penny co-founded My Cellar Wines  with the aim of offering high-quality wines from exceptional producers.

Holiday travel for Penny has been spent at vineyards around the world, meeting passionate individuals in the wine industry and being afforded the opportunity to taste countless wines that are not available at home. The wines experienced have been exceptional and often of very good value. So many of these wines are lovingly handcrafted by small family producers with a fascinating story to tell.

Having spent time with talented winemakers in California, the Pacific Northwest, Italy, and France, the obvious next career for Penny would be in the dynamic global fine wines industry. Penny then made the commitment to wine education and now proudly holds her WSET Level 3 Award in Wines Certification, earned with Distinction.

Committed to providing hands-on representation and building strong relationships with wineries, Penny is excited to expand the consumer wine selection in Western Canada.
